When traveling, it’s always fun to find out how the locals live. Visitors want to know where residents go to the beach, where they shop, where they have their nails done and so much more. But the most common question is about where they eat.

We want you to feel at home when you visit Foley. Our website is full of information on where to stay, where to play, how to explore and, our favorite, where to eat

If you really want to eat like a local, check out the Local Favorites Food Trail.  You’ll find suggestions for three days of dining that includes brunch, light lunches, Italian cuisine, seafood and barbecue. You can let your tastebuds guide you.

As we cruise through summer, thoughts eventually begin turning to school days. Foley has some of the best shopping options in south Alabama for back-to-school needs. The Tanger Outlet Mall covers a wide range of necessities with footwear, apparel, accessories and specialty shops. Browse for unique finds at local boutiques or bargain hunt at thrift stores. You’ll find a full list of local retail stores and an interactive map on our website
